1. I have 60 sixty asseets and I want to import them to my portal by using excel or something.
2. I have new asset that is not bought before. I want to enter my asset portal but there aren't brand and model name in my system. My manager left his job and he entered several brand and model names that we can chose in dropdown list. How can ı enter theese new brand and model

Hi Aybars,

Welcome to the community.

You need to open the Service Manager Console and in there go to the Library Section.
You will need a node called Lists which contains all the system lists.
You will find Hardware Asset Manufacturer and Model where you can add new items.

You can either use Asset Excel or Asset Import. If using Asset Import, it is best to copy your data into the spreadsheet provided. It will assist with identifying required fields and the mapping process when you create an Asset Import connector.
