Search: Ability to search as users type

It appears that the search only works for the full word. We have a template for decommissioning servers and ideally we would want the search to find it once 'decom' has been added. Unfortunately it doesn't.  It would be ideal for those users who maybe don't know what they are looking for and partial word searches bring up more choices.

    Hi @S_Terry, as a work around, you can build out your keywords like the below (probably best to start at 3 characters):
    <!-- tes test testi testin testing -->

    You can hide this using the HTML comment tag set <!-- keywords go here with a space in between each one --> inside of the brief description field to keep it hidden from end users but still easy to view through PowerShell or an export of your Service Catalog for future review.

    By no means is this the most efficient solution but it get the job done while we await partial word searches to be enabled within the Cireson Portal.

    Up voted! We've wanted this for a while, hopefully they will add this feature! A keywords field when creating the offering would be ideal...similar to the knowledge articles

    Totally agree. Surprised this hasn't had more votes. The search is really important feature.

    Adding my vote - we are adding HR requests to our system and the idea of having to type the word Remuneration to find the relevant form is a scary thought given our user base!

    Bumping this thread since Global Search is now a thing and definitely a feature like this would make it even more awesome. 😉
