Import Assets

Aybars_KutluturkAybars_Kutluturk Member IT Monkey ✭
I have a list of assets in excel format. I wrote their features like model, asset tag, waranty date etc. I want to import them to my asset manager program instead of adding manually one by one.
How can I do this?

Are you using Cireson Asset management?

If so, you have two easy options; Asset Excel and Asset Import.
Asset Excel allows you to modify the data direct in Excel and with the click of button, import it in to SCSM.
Asset Import allows you to easily open and map a CSV file to SCSM Configuration Items and even set it to run on a schedule.

If you are not using the Cireson Asset Solution, then your options are a once off CSV import connector or PowerShell.

I hope this answers your question.
