Service Portal My Requests: Moving Incidents to "Closed" section
how is it possible that incidents with the status "resolved" will show up in the "closed" section instead of the "active" section?
The "active" section should only show incidents with the state "active" or "pending".
We are using SCSM 2016 and the community version of the Cireson Portal in Version 7.2.2016.1.

Currently its not possible to change this, in "My Requests" the Active tab shows all work items where the status is not closed. The Closed tab shows only work items where the status is closed.
"My Work" and "Team Work" (Analyst Portal Feature) however have the toggle to show "inactive" work which include all statuses not equal closed.

In the portal under "My Request" are only two views: "Active" and "Closed". My Problem is that solved Work Items still show up in "Active" but i want them to show up in "Closed" .
