Changing Details Listed for Featured/Popular KB Articles on Home Page
We are looking to upgrade our HR Service Center Portal to the latest and greatest version of the portal all the way from its current version 4.0.10. One of the changes included the newer version of the portals was the KB article rating and details. I'm wondering, is it possible to remove some or all of the details (Rating, View count, Last Modified Date) from below the article title? I'd also be curious to know if it is possible to change the details to include other details from within the KB Article such as Category and Type.
Any help of suggestions you could provide would be most appreciated!
