Analysts unable to search on customized incident fields
We added three customizations to our incident form in SCSM 2012 R2 (UR 4)
Affected Asset Location (linked to a "location" library list)
Affected Asset Room (text field)
Affected Asset Description (text field)
Our Service Desk staff would like the ability to search on the Affected Asset Location. Is this possible? If so, how do we accomplish this?
