Send email - action log upgrade

If I use the send email function via the SCSM console, it enters the log entry as a 'Email sent' with full details of To, CC and the content of the email.

If I use the Cireson portal, it enters the log entry as 'Analyst comment' and only the email content (no To, CC details).

The details as per the console, is preferable as it give a accurate summary of the log entry.  Having it entered as an analyst comment is misleading and doesn't tell somebody else that an email was sent (possibly to multiple people).

    This is now baseline functionaliy of the send email task as of 10.4.2. (latest branch) 😊
