Cireson Asset Management Sync

Hi All, I have assets coming through from the inbuilt CMDB and can see what Make and Model the machines are. When I check the same assets within the Cireson Asset Management, Make and Model are not being populated. Is there something I need to setup to bring these details across into the sync? Other details like Serial Number & Asset Tag are coming through to Cireson Asset Management.

Have you enabled the sync of the Model and Manufacturer in the Asset Management settings?
If you have, do you also have this option selected?
If that is selected then the values in SCSM must be present in the Catalog Item Manufacturer and Catalog Item Model lists. Note that the comparison is case-sensitive, so the values in the lists need to match the values coming from SCSM exactly.

Ah right, my Catalog Manufacturer & Model Items list were empty and there is no plan to populate them so I have switched off :
