Active Work new column

Good afternoon! 

Please, tell me whether there is an option to add a new column from Incident Form into Active Work.

I extended an incident form with new filed, i'd like to place it into an active work.

    Hi Daniil

    You cannot add columns to any of the out of box views, you would need to either create a table dashboard with the columns you require or promote a view from the console (that has all the columns you want) to the portal.

    it does not fit, I need it in active work

    In case it matters for you, we found out the hard way that the promoted views are not visible on mobile browsers, but the dashboards are visible.  I will agree that we really need this to work in the Active/Team/My Work views.  That's where my users want it, too.

    No defined number. Each feature request gets reviewed by the product team and prioritized based on votes.
