Force Assigned To form control to filter by Support Group - for all WI types

Where there is a Support Group control present on a WI form (noting Cireson's CR and MA extensions), the Assigned To control should be filtered.
I know we can disable this control on the form and force users to use the Assign to Analyst by Group task, but this only works on IR and SR. For CR, we would have to enable to control, making form layout inconsistent.
In addition to adding Support Group to all WI types (as requested in another Feature Request), I would like the form controls to enforce the Support Group / Analyst match consistently across all WI types.
