I have a published SR request offering and is attached to the service offering, but, it is showing in the analyst portal but not sowing in the end-user portal.

Can someone put me in the right direction please?

    The request offering will only show for end users if it is in a service offering which is a member of Catalog group to which the end users have access. Have you created a Catalog group (under Library > Groups in the SCSM Console) which includes this Service Offering? Have you given the end user role access to this catalog group (you may have to create a new custom End User role to do this)?
