Change Request Number Changes

During the creation of a change request, we have found that we can create a Change Request, add all information to the change request, then add the Reviewers for the RA's. Now we will go back into the CR, add a reviewer, then click save. Once this action occurs, it will update the CR number. This is creating an issue in our environment because our users are looking for the old CR#. Does anyone have an idea as to why the CR# is changing?

    Look at the History tab and see if the CR ID is getting modified on the save, and if so by workflow or the save action of the person updating the review activity.
