Portal Send Email task: include recipients and subject in action log

Currently, when an analyst uses the Send Email task from a ticket, the email they send gets sent directly through SMTP, but the body and the sender are logged in the action log.

However, it is not possible for peers or a supervisor to see who the email was sent to or what the subject was.  It would be helpful if this information could be logged in with the comment or through some other means.
