Supported Browser Versions
We've been made aware that Microsoft announced end of life for Both Edge html (9th March 2021) and Internet Explorer 11 (August 17th 2021) and is replacing it with Edge Chromium.
Just wondering if the Cireson Portal is being tested against Edge Chromium and when a version will be released that supports it. Is it on the roadmap?

We are using Edge Chromium and it works much better and faster than Edge html.
So you can make the switch now if you want to ☺️

@Mikkel_Madsen Thank you for the feedback. The team looking at deploying the browser have done some minor testing and we are waiting to have the browser deployed so we can test things. The feedback they gave us was the portal 'works to some degree as it will open the ticket system without asking for credentials however when the ticket times out, it prompts for credentials, if you click cancel this then reloads the ticket correctly.. but it does not reload automatically.' Do you see similar behaviour?
@Sean_Terry we use SSO and have no issues with ticket timeouts but maybe it is bacause we have disabled the session timer https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/1347#!/ which is not recommended by cireson 🤔
