Its possible to use the SCSM Console Incident or Requests form to create new Work Items in portal?

Hello Experts Monkeys...  I am looking for how to use the formulas of the SCSM Incident and Requests console to be published in the catalog service request,

As shown in My Works but to create new Work Items

Do you know if this is possible?

    I'm not sure I understand, but if you are asking if a work item created within the SCSM console will be visible and editable in the work item views in the Cireson Analyst Portal, the answer is, yes. Once a work item is created within the SCSM ecosystem it is available at all SCSM implemented endpoints, e.g. Microsoft's console, Cireson's Portal, Cireson Outlook Console. Analysts are free to pick the most convenient place at any moment to work on their queue of work items.
