We have an affected user that tries to create a ticket that goes to a sensitive group.

We have an affected user that tries to create a ticket that goes to a sensitive group, the issue is she cannot go into the ticket after it is created. She can see it listed in My Request but cannot open it. Affected Users should be able to see their own tickets even if it is sensitive correct?

    Affected users should have implied permissions to the workitem despite not having scoped access to the queue.

    Is this for an end user?

    Yes. We had a situation were the end user kept getting  a failure when they were trying to open the ticket to view it. Somehow it started working on its own. Thanks
