primary user missing for some computers in SCSM (after importing them from SCCM)

Hi folks
We've started using Cireson Asset Management, with a lot of excitement
But there is still one thing we are struggling with: some primary users are missing for some computers in SCSM.
In SCCM they are all set correctly, but when they are getting imported into SCSM, some clients are losing their primary users.
Therefore they are also not available in Cireson Asset Management.
I guess about 50% are correctly and 50% of the primary users information is missing.
