User Content Headings Differ from Analyst Content

Recently I've been creating articles for our Analysts and everything looks as I would expect. However, I just created a document that has End User content and the headings are not showing correctly. I've compared the RAW HTML code and verified that the H1 for analyst and the H1 for end users is rendering differently. On the Analyst content it's perfect while on the end user content it's barely larger than the regular Paragraph text.
