Monitoring wall

Hi All,

I want to create a monitoring wall with the following statistics - how do I go about doing this?

Number of Active tickets

Number of unassigned tickets

No of cases closed in a day

Number of high priority tickets

Thanks

James

What version of the portal do you have installed? Most of this can be found in the Analytics dashboards.

I don't seem to see analytics anywhere and we are on version 8.1.2?

It is installed but typically not enabled on 8+
    To check
    Navigation
Look for Analytics and make sure Visible is checked off.
Then you will see all the analytics out of the box dashboards.

So I've gone into navigation settings and there is no analytics?

In our environment it is located at the very end (we even have to scroll down:))

    Can't you see something similar?

I'm not 100% sure, but maybe it is possible that you need to manually select this analytics feature during portal installation, could that be?

When the v8.1.2 install was run did the installer skip the Analytics page? You can also check to see if there is a Analytics DB in your SQL instance.
You can always to run the installer again to get it there.
