Error During Import

James_Williams1James_Williams1 Customer IT Monkey ✭

I'm attempting to do my first set of initial imports. When I create the connector and run the synchronize Now task, I get the following error: 2017/12/01 13:02:57.505 - Error - The user <Domain>\<username> does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation.

The account is my Workflow account and pretty much has full rights to the computer and system. All my other connectors (AD, ConfigMan, OpsMan) run successfully. Has anyone seen this before?

    What are you importing from?

from a network share. and importing a CSV file. I added the user to the administrator role seems to have corrected the issue.

Cool, sounds like your Workflow account did not have rights to the network path/file

No it had rights. Verified that. Not sure what it didn't have rights to within SCSM. But it is what it is.

Facing the same issue, added the workflow account into SCSM administrator and import successfully :)
