searching for work items, I should be able to enter only the number and not IR# or SR#

When searching for work items from the title bar entering the number of an incident or service request etc should be enough to find the request.  Service manager applies a new number to everything it does.
In the picture below searching for 1366 should open IR1366 and not open the search window.  Is there a setting to allow this.

    It would be great if at least searching for the ID was possible. but even when entering the ID the search returns empty because only title and description are searched through.
