Status for a Manual Activity

How can we change the possible statuses for a manual activity in de portal from In progress, complete and Failed to additional statusses like Waiting for customer, waiting Internal etc. You can add the status in the list in SCSM but that doesn't change the portal.

    I had a similar question for change requests. Also if you search the community people also ran into the same road block for Service requests.

    In a nutshell Activities are part of workflow so custom status are able to be set but to use them you set the value thru workflow, or like in my case find another method to meet the business need the works in SCSM and Cireson.
