Incidents created from emails don't appear in Analyst Portal

Just created an Incident from an email using the Outlook Console. The Incident shows in SCSM but not in the Analyst Portal. Has anyone run into this before?

    Ah, forgot about the cachebuilder. I restarted it and voila! I have an Incident.
