Does anyone know how to display the ticket ID when using Trouble Ticket Analyst Comments

Does anyone know how to display the ticket ID  when using Trouble Ticket Analyst Comments? I setup a notification to email the tech when a user comments on a ticket. Everything works fine except for the ticket number which displays like this (Your Incident, d89f193d-8de0-44a4-915e-76580f2bb100 -has been commented on). d89f193d-8de0-44a4-915e-76580f2bb100 is what was extracted from Work Item ID in the ticket template.

Does anyone know how to get the correct ticket number to display in the emails?
