Action Log "flags" on SRs after upgrading to 8.4.2

After upgrading to 8.4.2.2012, all our SR action log entries have a small red triangle in the top left of the "Type" and "Title" fields.  Is anyone else seeing this?

    I am seeing it in other places (8.4.2.2016), but I use this action log customization, which may be hiding it in that particular spot.

    The triangle seems to indicate that a value has changed, wherever I see it.  However, that doesn't make much sense for all your action log entries.

    I am seeing it also, but only on the Type field, version 8.4.3

    Have not seen this on any of the version installs. Currently up to date with v8.4.3.2012
    Recommend to clear your browser cache and maybe temp disable your customization.
    Also make sure your are running IE in native mode.
    If that doesn't do the trick provide some details of browser versions and environment config.

    Windows 10, Chrome Version 66.0.3359.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox 59.0.2 (64-bit)

    As I said, it's just SRs at this point.

    Test in IE
    Clear your cache
    Disable your customspace and retest. See what you get any changes?
    Anything reporting in dev tools?
