When a user responds to an email request for more info, limit what is added to the comments.

I know that I have seen this somewhere but I cannot find it.  
When a user responds to an email that is sent with the incident ID in [ ], I want to limit what is added to the comment section in the incident to what is above the "FROM:" so that you don't get a lot of duplicate information in the comments.
