Notification for completion SR not send

Hello,

we just recognized that our customers do not get any notification about completion of their Service Requests. Any idea?

    Do you have a notification subscription set up for when SRs go Completed?

    Yes. It worked with SCSM 2012 R2 but not after upgrade to SCSM 2016.

    Check your exchange connector - we had to delete it and make a complete reinstall off it - I think is was the dll file that had to be "reinstalled" so maybe start with that.

    But if other mails is sending ok - I have no idea :smile:

    We found it. We deleted our SLA Management pack that  indluded  our SR notification subscription. Thank you very much
