hide the "Generic Incident Request" template in the outlook console

Is there a way to hide the "Generic Incident Request" template in the outlook console so the user does not select it but will only have the custom templates available.  In my environment the "Generic Incident Request" template cannot be modified because it is in a sealed MP.
