Updateing SCSM Portal nothing happens

When I try to update the SCSM portal to the latest version I am able to download the file. However IE shows a message at the bottom of the screen "running security scan" and then nothing happens. I have also saved the download via firefox but am not able to get the update to install. Looking for suggestions on how to make this work correctly.

I was able to make it work by use Chrome and installing the ClickOnce for Google Chrome extension

I can't capture a screen shot showing the security scans because it is disappearing so quickly from the screen. However this is what I am trying to down load the 8.7.2.2016 version. I

I was able to download the file using firefox but if you double click on it to install nothing happens at all.

Try adding as a trusted site in IE, if that doesn't work you can download the zip directly from here.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

GENERAL

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Cireson Community Web Site. Use of the Cireson Community Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
