Last modified time

I recently imported the Advanced request offering and was aware of the timestamp change to the last modified time. I see the last modified time stamp changed in the Console, but the change is not showing in the portal? does sometime of sync need to happen?

    Since the WI itself was not modified the grid will not update. This happens most specifically with SLA's relationships. If you want to have them update stop the cache builder. Truncate last modified in the Cireson DB and restart the cache builder and they will update. Otherwise they will update in the grid as WI's are updated by users as they work them.
