Scope the 'Assigned To' fields

It would be nice to be able to scope the 'Assigned To' fields on the portal forms to just Analysts (possibly using the same AD group that restricts access to the Analyst parts of the portal).

You can by changing the *.js file adding for assignedTo field the following information FilterByAnalyst: true
