I'd like to know if "user input" is meant to render as code in requests

When questions are answered by affected user in portal requests, the questions in the resulting request ticket (under user input) appear as a long string of code rather than just plain text. is this normal behaviour (see screen shot)?

    Hi Richard

Correct this is default service manager to expose all characters used on a request offering prompt. We do have a feature request below to hide any code used in a question:

Thanks all. I'm hoping this is addressed as a future enhancement.
