URL in Dashboards

Hello, if I create a dashboard with Incidents oder Service Requests and click on a ticket the search page is opened and not the ticket. With manual activities it is different. If I click on a manual activity the ticket with the activity is opened. Could anyone help please. Kind regards Margret
