Service Manager RA issue

Whenever I get an email with a review activity to approve , when I reply with [approved] the approval doesn't apply to the Service request. There are 2 other users having the same issue but everyone else is able to approve RAs . The strange thing is I created a test account by copying my account and I can approve RAs with that account. Any ideas what the issue is?

    Do the folks replying to the email have permissions within an SCSM User Role to approve a Review Activity?

    Well I created a new AD account to test and mirrored my access and I can approve RAs with that new account. I don't know why I can't approve with my account even though I have the same access as the new account
