How do I change the pre-selected template?

We have installed Affected User for the portal and I wonder if it's possible to change which template is pre-selected when you click Convert to Service Request (or Incident)?

    Interesting question. Unless I've missed something somewhere (or it's configured elsewhere) I think the template that is used is just a blank template with no filled in information.
