Hi,
We have recently set up a configuration manager connector to bring in hardware assets so it can be added into the asset management app. the connector has been set correctly and enabled and successfully run how ever the assets are not appearing.
the asset management app has been installed as well.
I don't want to import assets through the excel spreadsheet option, is there anything else I need to do to get this working?

Attached is the Cireson Asset Management Operations Guide that should have all the answers that you require.
It is out of date as I've not had time to re-author but the majority of the functions and features are covered.

Is the hardware asset workflows enabled in the asset management settings? If so can you also share your asset management configuration this can found in Administration -> Settings -> Cireson Asset Management.

thanks Joe, I have enabled the workflow but it still doesn't bring the devices under Asset management - hardware assets.
are there any documents I can have a look at or read? the devices are in SM now but they aren't under the cireson asset management - hardware assets.
