Unable to view computer information when selecting Manage

New install of CC and almost everything is ready to roll out to our Analyst Portal users. We've run into an issue that when we right-click on a computer and then choose Manage, we get a message "No data available for selected computer" right before that message is displayed, it shows "Application loading" for a few seconds. Did I miss something in the setup? Should there be an app installed on my workstation to allow viewing of the computer information?

    I did a full reinstall and I'm able to view computer information.

    Was able to view computer and user information if I made the Platform and SCCM accounts Domain Admins. Time to double check permissions.

    Hey Sandy,
    Check that the defined 'Remote Manage' Account that you set at installation has local admin permissions on the devices
