Not able to send emails

Have anyone encountered an issue of not able to send an email from Service Request after you attach WorkItem files?  The Send Email window stays there forever after I click the OK button.  I am then forced to kill the process.  However, I can send emails if I don't attach any documents or I attach a file from the computer.  The challenge is only when I attach a document from WorkItem files.

    Hi Manoj,

    I am running v9.0.0.xxxx of the portal and do not encounter this issue, can you confirm the version you are using.
