Filter a view on a null date field

Does anyone know of a way when building a view, setting critera, and filtering on a date field to only capture the assets where the date field is null. The only choices are date greater than, less then, or between dates.

Indeed. Editing the MP XML accomplishes what you're wanting. I used a criteria of Received Date being null and was able to produce a view. Here's what the expression looks like in XML:

                          <Expression>
                            <UnaryExpression>
                              <ValueExpression>
                                <Property>$Context/Property[Type='CustomCiresonAssetManagement!Cireson.AssetManagement.HardwareAsset']/ReceivedDate$</Property>
                              </ValueExpression>
                              <Operator>IsNull</Operator>
                            </UnaryExpression>
                          </Expression><br>

You should be able to use the Cireson View Builder to accomplish the same thing by using the XML criteria editor without exporting and editing the MP.

I haven't tried it, but I would assume hacking the XML from the MP would work. I'll try and test...
