Hello,
How may I implement a notification at WI update when new attachment has been added?In this moment if the user or service desk updates the WI by attaching files, no one gets notified. We would like that the analyst and the support group receive a notification.

Hey Jackie,
There certainly is! You will need to created a Subscription that runs when an Object is Created and point it at the File Attachments Class, you can then also do a similar thing with your email template that you use to send the email and get information such as who added the attachment and the ID of the Workitem.

There certainly is!
