Notification Workflow Delay

Is there a way to delay the Notification to 30 seconds or so? I have a runbook that gets some properties and adds them to something but sometimes the workflow runs before the workflow does its magic.

you could try having the workflow update some field to say that the notification can go, and have the notification go off that field being updated, then it would always run after the workflow.

    Hi @John_Beasley

Jeff Lang has a good idea you could use which is getting your workflow to run once it detects one of the updates from your runbook has run.

You could also have this notification built in Orchestrator and this way you would be able to delay the runtime so this could be another avenue to explore as there is not a delay timer ability inside SCSM.

    Thanks,
    Shane.

Thanks for the replies, I'm still learning how all this stuff works. How could I set something up to do that?
