Hello
Is there a way to get an email sent out when an incident is updated by the user or by the analyst assigned to the ticket?

    @Josh_Winn

Is your Console Licensing App up to date and the product licensed?

Looks like your notify analyst is up to date.

    Thanks,
    Shane.

OK, I updated the licensing app and now when I go to setting for it or the notify analyst I get this

    Application Version: 7.7.16.34

    Hi @Josh_Winn

That is interesting, is that DLL in the following location:
    Program Files\Microsoft System Center\Service Manager

You will be looking for Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.UI.Extensions.dll

If it is there Right click the file and do properties and check that the file is not being blocked.

Also just to confirm you have these other dll files in there and unblocked:

    LicenseManagement.Client.dll

    Cireson.Console.Licensing.Workflows.dll

    Cireson.Assignment.Workflows.dll

Lastly can you confirm the versions of the following management packs?

    Cireson Console App Licensing

    Cireson notify Analyst

    Cireson Notify Analyst Workflows

Are these all located on your SCSM Workflow server, it must be on the workflow server.

    Thanks,

    Shane.

    Cireson notify Analyst - 8.0.8.2012

    Cireson Notify Analyst Workflows- 8.0.8.2012
