Localization Keys Missing?

Did a fresh install of the portal today in development to test some things and noticed that I am missing three localization keys and have confirmed that I can't find them in the key text file. This is in portal 9.3.3.2012 and it's a fresh install with no custom work done. Anyone else experiencing this or has experienced this before? Screenshot attached.

    Also, just to add some context that I noticed I missed... This is when I'm on the Admin Settings page. All three of those fields are represented there but just wanted to add that so others knew.
