Add Full Activity Forms Support

I'm actually surprised that the Cireson Portal doesn't support this. When an activity is opened in the SCSM Console they have multiple tabs, including related items and history and others. This request is to implement the ability to 'Open' an activity form for viewing and editing of all tabs and data. Included in this would be the ability to edit the activity form similar to the IR, SR and other primary work item forms.

Details:
As an analyst, I want to be able to open a Manual activity in the portal and have the History and Time Worked tabs displayed as I would have in the console.
As an analyst, I am assigned Manual Activities to achieve and I want to be able to open a Manual Activity independent of the associated parent Work Item so the portal view is less busy as I am not concerned with the parent Work Item and it's details.
