Review Activity - Rejection Comments Included in Email Notification

When drafting an email template, what tag would I use to include the reason why a review activity was rejected? I tried a couple, but nothing seems to be working.

    @Billy_Wilson is there a way to direct a user to an individual reviewer based on their response? For example, if a reviewer failed the activity is there an email tag we could use to direct the end user to them for further clarification regarding the denial?

    I did it with a runbook. if a Reviewer failed an activity, i'd have the runbook update the SR Action log with that info and the Action Log Notify part of the Notify Analyst app would notify the Affected User. i'll see if I can dig it up.

    Any guidance you can send my way @Billy_Wilson would be great! Sadly, the SCSM cookbook I have doesn't mention a runbook.
