Add Columns to a View?

Are we able to add columns to a view that is visible to all that have permission to view that page?

Example: I would like to add the Description field to this view.

Thanks!

    Hi @SCSM_Creator

You will not be able to add columns to existing views, you would need to create a custom view and add the columns in the SQL query for your custom view 😁

    Thanks,

I've found an often overlooked feature in this regard is building a custom View in the Console that suits your needs and then promote it into the portal. No SQL required!

    Hi @Adam_Dzyacky,

I want to make sure I understand correctly. I can build a custom view and promote it to the 'Approval' view (screenshot above) for all reviewers to see? If that's the case - could you point me in the right direction in the Console? I'm working off the Microsoft SCSM 2016 Cookbook and it's limited on Review Activity "recipes".

    Thanks,

    Michelle

    Hrm...

Apologies I misread this. Creating a view in the console and promoting it, promotes it to a new view entirely. To modify this stock view would take some SQL and/or JS work.
