Create on Behalf of has disappeared from my request forms

Hi, I just upgraded to portal version 9.4.5.2016 and noticed that with this release of the portal, there are now separate settings for the "create on behalf of" group for incidents, change requests and service requests. However, even though I set all these to our analysts group, the On behalf prompt does not appear on our request forms anymore.

Any ideas ?
