Add RA (Review Activity) to Incident templates

Is it possible to add RA to Incident templates?

    I can't see this in the SCSM console so I thing even technically no (maybe some workaround by editing management pack XML and re-importing or with PowerShell?)

    Take it theoretically: Why would you do that? Incident should tell your analyst something is not working and has to be fixed. No place for approving anything in this situation. If fixing the issue needs any changes requiring approvals, you should create related Change Request or Service Request (in case of minor/standard pre-approved change) and link them to existing IR/PR or (manually) convert IR to CR. I hope some ITIL masters will second my opinion :)
