Pending work items for Affected User on first page of work items?

Has anyone explored the ability to add an information icon on the front page of work items that shows the number of pending work items this affected user has?

I have seen this on other systems and it is extremely beneficial to support staff to immediately know if there are any work items in progress for the person they are working with.

Yes, we can click on the blue information icon, then click on the VIEW MORE DETAILS button, then click on the requests tab. Ultimately support staff are not going to do that in our environment as usually there are no pending items. But, in the scenario that there are, it is VERY useful to know that up front. Just a bubble like the number of attachments bubble at the top of work items.

    @Jason_Meyer - Add the attached to CustomSpace and load into custom.js with loadScript. I think this is what you're after.

    Thanks Justin, we'll play around with it. Hoping that we can do something where it just shows requests that are pending/in progress/whatever we are going to call the status of still being worked on.

    Or maybe we call it Items in the past 'x' days... just gives a quick easy way to see the history of the person you are supporting in literally a few seconds. x being configurable to the environment....
