Allow More than 8 Request Offering Icons to be Displayed Without Clicking into the Service Offering

Within our environment, many users (and analysts alike) have commented that they found it strange that there was a limitation as to how many request offering icons are visible from the home screen versus when having to actually click into the service offering. Many times we have found that users/analysts do not even realize there are additional ROs as they assume all of listed in icon format when viewing the Cireson Portal Home page.

In the example below, within our Practice Technology Services Category, we've got two SOs, one for users reporting an issue related to the category and another for submitting a request. While only a max of 8 icons are show, we have multiple service offerings that have 12,15 (or event more ROs) and it would be best if all of the icons showed in four/five columns and additional rows as required.

Please vote this up if you'd like the ability to show all of your RO icons within an SO versus just the first 8!

yes, our users have the same problem too, and therefore they used wrong ROs to submit their requests and messed things up. Please show all icons in the next release!! 🙇‍♀️

Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized Cireson spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Cireson.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO CIRESON OR POSTED ON THE CIRESON COMMUNITY WEB SITE

Cireson does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Cireson via the Cireson Community Web Site (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to the Cireson Community Web Site or its associated services (collectively “Submissions”). TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
